Once you have clicked 'Submit Order', your order begins to process and you cannot cancel your order. Back-ordered items can be canceled at anytime up until those items are either in transit to us from one of our distributors or are in stock and have been processed. For orders with one or more items on back order, only those items still on back order may be canceled. The available items cannot be canceled and will be shipped upon notification of cancellation of back ordered items.
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, we must receive all merchandise before credit can be issued. All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10 per credit issued. Orders which are refused at delivery or are unclaimed will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
Additions may be made to your order up until your order has been completed and shipped. Additions may be made via phone, email or fax.
