He is the death dealing enforcer of the feared Yamato Clan. When rival clans of cyber crime lords seek hostile takeovers of the Yamato Clan it is Overtkill that is called upon to squelch them. His chief opponent is Manga Samurai Spawn. It was Samurai Spawn that stopped Overtkill from stealing the Jewel of Kuroshio. Their hate for each other is searing. Figure has large weapon pods on forearms which open to the sides. One arm fires fist like a rocket and the other squirts water.
