Q: I've decided to place something on back order, but I've noticed that this same item's price has risen. What gives?
A: If you decide to place something on back order, you are always locked into the price quoted at the time of your order.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: The following applies to US customers only:
$1-$24.99 = $7.50
$25-$49.99 = $8.50
$50-$74.99 = $10
$75-$99.99 = $15
$100-$199.99 = $17.50
$200-$299.99 = $20
$300-$399.99 = $30
$400-$499.99 = $40
$500-$599.99 = $50
$600-$699.99 = $60
$700-$799.99 = $70
$800-$899.99 = $80
$900-$999.99 = $90
$1000 and beyond = $100

Q: Is your web site and payment process secure?
A: Yes. This can be verified by the "https" URL at the top of your "Checkout" page. The "s" at the end of the "http" states that this page is SSL secure (Secure Socket Layer).

Q: I'm a customer outside of the US. How are overseas shipping costs calculated?
A: There are 3 shipping options available:

First-Class (2-4 weeks) starting at $15, plus a $4 handling charge.
Priority (6-10 business days) starting at $35, plus a $4 handling charge.
EMS (Express Mail Service, 3-5 business days) starting at $45, plus a $4 handling charge.
Shipping costs are then charged accordingly, based upon dimensional weight and distance needed to travel.

Q: How can I pay via PayPal?
A: We are pleased to say that our secure buy site is fully integrated with PayPal. Simply choose your items, and you have the option to pay via PayPal when checking out.

Q: I've just done a search for an item and nothing comes up. What's happened?
A: Since our site is updated daily, constant republishing sometimes affects the search capability. Please try your search again later. Your searched item may also be currently sold out.

Q: Once my order is placed, how long before I receive it?
A: If all items ordered are in stock, orders are normally processed and shipped the following business day via UPS or USPS and require 2-5 business days for delivery. This applies to US orders only. Overseas customers can expect their orders anywhere from 3 business days to 4 weeks, depending upon the shipping method chosen.

Q: If the item(s) I ordered are not in stock and I place them on back order, how long before they are available again?
A: Most back ordered item(s) are usually available again within a 1-2 week period.  While it is our responsibility to fulfill your order, it's your resposibility to let us know when you no longer need your item(s).

Q: If my back ordered items are not available in 1-2 weeks, will they continue to be on back order?
A: Yes. Unless we are otherwise notified, back ordered items will remain on back order for a total of 6 months.

Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: You may call, fax or email us at . Please include your corresponding order number from your order's receipt. E-mail usually receives the quickest response.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All items come with a 30 day, hassle-free, money-back guarantee. Simply call, fax or e-mail for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and let us know that you are returning your item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Exchanges and refunds within a 30 day period of receiving merchandise are gladly accepted, minus shipping and handling charges. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sorry, but no returns will be accepted after 30 days and no returns will be accepted on opened items.
Please note that we are not the manufacturer, we are a distributor. Therefore, we are not responsible for manufacturer's defects.
If you believe your item to be defective, please contact the manufacturer.

Q: I'm looking for an item that is not listed on your site. Do you take special requests?
A: Yes, we do. Since we have access to more than is listed on our site, we can usually find most requested items. Simply call, fax or e-mail your request.

Q: Do you share any of my information with anyone?
A: Absolutely not! Our customer's information is never shared with anyone. Occasionally, we may ask satisfied customers for testimonials.

Q: Are you guys a shop?
A: No, we are not a shop.
