Like Chapel, Badrock is a member of the covert government force called Youngblood. Badrock uses his super size and strength to defeat evil enemies the world over. After a freak accident in his father's lab, Badrock is a 13 year old kid, morphed into the superhero he is today. He and Overtkill continually battle each other.
