After facing numerous battles with the forces of evil, Tremor was coerced into an experiment which altered his appearance. As the Mafia's first attempt at making the ultimate killing machine, Tremor now fights against those who created him. A support unit on Tremor's back pumps vital fluid throughout his body which is part cyborg and part human. As Spawn's ally, Tremor has come to his aid in more than one conflict.
