As one of the Violator's many brothers, Vandalizer was sent to Earth to push and prod the numerous Spawns throughout time. Vandalizer's main target was Viking Spawn, and his protective armor and weapons reflect that time period. Unlike many of the Phlebiac brothers, Vandalizer takes on his opponents face to face instead of manipulating them from afar unlike Violator.
